Shareplan Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

With the Shareplan Employee app, we provide employees with a work tool where a days tasks are listed on a mobile device in a very clear way. When a task is completed, it is simply marked as completed in real time and tasks are logged and journaled directly. These tasks can be displayed either in the task overview, or in the citizen and employees own calendar. Employees can also be reminded of important tasks in the app.

With the Shareplan Employee app, we also guide the employees workflow by using Shareplans guide module, with an easy step-by-step view through the workflow.
